LEARNING AND APPLYING KNOWLEDGE
Learning (Biological information is very important, for this reason it is obtained through a rigorous scientific control and a process of informed consent that explains that the genetic information will be anonymous according to the Mexican legal frame and the recommendations of the International ELSI Program.)
Other measures of learning and applying knowledge
( We have implemented a community consultation and consent process that includes state government officials, university authorities and members of the local student and scientific community. This strategy is operated 2 to 3 weeks before the sample collection dates and it includes a brochure with simple language, 4 to 6 open access informative sessions, an informative poster, general and specific information through mass media and printed press.)
